Data Entry Specialist

Sidecar Health is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of operational data that supports claims, member services, and business operations. Key responsibilities

• Enter claim, member, and operational information into internal proprietary systems.
• Review and validate data regularly to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data‑entry targets.
• Detect discrepancies, investigate issues, and collaborate with team members or leadership to resolve them quickly.
• Follow confidentiality, compliance, and data‑security guidelines, including HIPAA.
• Provide feedback on workflow efficiency and suggest automation or simplification opportunities.
• Share knowledge with peers and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, healthcare operations, or a high‑volume production environment.
• Proven ability to meet measurable productivity and accuracy standards.
• Member‑first mindset with an understanding of how data quality impacts care access and financial wellbeing.
• Strong attention to detail while working at pace.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
