Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Delta Galil is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to ensure product and business information is accurately captured in internal systems. The role supports design, sales and production teams by turning source documents into reliable digital data, helping the company meet key deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain product data in internal databases and PLM systems.
• Prepare and verify source information before system entry.
• Create and manage spreadsheets to track product and operational details.
• Review entries for accuracy, identify and correct errors.
• Transfer information from documents into digital formats efficiently.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales and Production to gather and validate data.
• Complete all assigned data‑entry tasks within established timelines.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education not required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate office environment, preferably with data‑entry duties.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
