Data Entry Specialist I

About the role

As a Data Entry Specialist I you will create and maintain master data, ensuring its accuracy and quality for audit purposes. You will work in a hybrid model from our Loveland, CO office, collaborating onsite two days a week while enjoying remote flexibility the rest of the week.

Key responsibilities

• Process master data requests (additions/modifications) promptly and accurately, following policies and procedures.
• Support internal business partners by handling data requests and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Assist in duplicate identification and data cleansing during integration activities.
• Help develop forms, procedures, and work instructions.
• Contribute to workflow creation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Use analytical tools to locate and correct data discrepancies, duplicates, and stale records.
• Build effective relationships with branches and other Patterson teams, sharing successes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude.
