Data Entry & Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry & Reporting Analyst to support our Order Management operations. The role ensures accurate, timely, and consistent order‑related data across our ERP and reporting systems while working remotely within a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily data entry and maintenance support within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including opportunity card creation, vendor/customer/item card setup, purchase and sales quote entry, and purchase order creation.
• Serve as a support resource for the Order Management team, executing task requests related to data processing and entry.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all data‑related tasks assigned by the Order Management team.
• Respond promptly to reporting requests from Order Management or other departments, extracting, formatting, and validating data from Business Central and Excel tools.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data entered or extracted, supporting recurring and ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with experience in data entry, order processing, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
