About the role
Prism Data Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Processor to handle medical claim documents with high accuracy. This position supports clients by ensuring that all incoming paperwork is correctly captured, classified, and transmitted.
Key responsibilities
- Process key and document‑type medical claims with a focus on accuracy.
- Sort, scan, and perform quality checks on physical and electronic documents.
- Classify documents and transmit them to clients according to established guidelines.
- Capture required information based on client specifications.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity throughout the workflow.
Required profile
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Successfully complete a typing test.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
