Data Entry Operator

About the role

The Data Entry Operator will support CVS Health by accurately entering shell claims into the DG system. This full‑time position requires high productivity, precision, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shell claims and related data into the DG system with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards.
• Follow established processes and promptly escalate any issues.
• Handle high‑volume workloads while meeting daily production targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of data‑entry or related experience.
• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
• Reliable power and internet connection.
• Consistent schedule and strong attendance record.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ten‑key numeric keypad expertise for efficient data entry.
• Familiarity with Adobe Pro (preferred).
• Knowledge of DGF (preferred).
• Understanding of healthcare claim forms such as HCFA 1500, UB, RX, Wellness, and Superbill filings (preferred).
