Data Entry Operator – Cannabis Manufacturing

About the role

The Data Entry Operator supports the intake and inventory of cannabis products at a manufacturing facility. You will ensure that all production data is accurately captured, validated, and stored in the required systems while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data from paper and electronic sources into company databases.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and source documents.
• Create tags, manifests, and other required documentation.
• Audit inventory control forms against METRC, Air Table, and internal systems to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure proper classification, accuracy, and security of inventory records.
• Retrieve reports and data extracts as requested by management.
• Identify and escalate any data or inventory issues.

Required profile

• Strong computer and clerical abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Fast typing speed (minimum 60 wpm).
• Experience with METRC, Air Table, or similar inventory databases.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer hardware.
