Data Entry Clerk – Night Shift

About the role
Join Blount Fine Foods, a family‑owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, as a Data Entry Clerk on the third shift. You will support fast‑paced production by entering critical data, verifying HACCP paperwork, and helping keep the line running smoothly from 11 pm to 9 am.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify departmental HACCP paperwork.
- Register and record key process steps for each batch from start to finish.
- Assist with pack‑out line set‑up.
- Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
- Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate them to leads and coordinators.
- Provide production support as needed, including Radio Frequency (RF) usage.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Detail‑oriented and team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
