Data Entry Clerk

About the role
Join Blount Fine Foods, a family‑owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, as a Data Entry Clerk. You will support fast‑paced production lines by accurately entering and tracking critical batch information.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify departmental HACCP paperwork.
- Register and record key process steps for each batch from start to finish.
- Assist with pack‑out line set‑up and production support as needed.
- Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
- Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate them to the Lead or Coordinator.
- Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) devices for data capture.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
- Detail‑oriented with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
