Data Entry Clerk – Grant Funded (Health Over 50)

About the role
The Data Entry Clerk will support the Ryan Network Information Technology Department by entering and verifying health‑related data. This grant‑funded position contributes to the mission of Ryan Health, focusing on patients over 50.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data into AIRS, eClinicalWorks (eCW), eSHARE and other Ryan Network databases.
- Compile, sort and filter source information, review for deficiencies and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify and reconcile entered data, purge duplicate records and identify synchronization issues.
- Generate automated reports to monitor program performance.
- Follow departmental policies, protect patient confidentiality and report any irregularities.
- Provide backup support to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Attend departmental meetings and perform other assigned duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong data‑entry skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- Customer‑service orientation and professional, courteous attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
