Data Entry - Authorizations

About the role

The Authorizations Associate is responsible for entering client demographic packets and service authorizations to support accurate time entry and billing. You will review documents for accuracy, resolve issues with local offices, and generate reports that flag errors affecting payroll and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Process assigned client packets, authorizations, and eligibility checks promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and submit reports to meet deadlines for shift entry, payroll, and billing.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, working with local offices to resolve them.
• Maintain computer efficiency and follow legal, policy, and procedural requirements.
• Participate in professional development and training activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma (preferred) and prior office experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Dependable, able to multitask, and provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work in an office environment with typical interruptions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office experience (preferred).
