Data Entry Analyst

About the role

CodeVertex Talent is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal data. This remote position focuses on maintaining records, updating documentation, and supporting structured operations for business use.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and keep documentation aligned with internal process standards.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.
