Data Engineer

About the role

Fluidstack is building civilization‑scale AI infrastructure and needs a Data Engineer to create and maintain the data backbone that powers its internal tools, dashboards, and machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate pipelines that ingest data from ERP, ATS, project‑management, construction software, and telemetry into a unified, queryable layer.
• Own the data model for the company’s live knowledge graph, covering sites, equipment, schedules, and personnel.
• Deliver datasets and services with clear SLAs that support internal applications and ML workloads.
• Transform messy vendor and field data—PDFs, spreadsheets, exports—into structured, trustworthy inputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and running production data pipelines used by multiple teams.
• Ability to model complex, real‑world domains into robust schemas that evolve with the business.
• Treat data quality as an engineering problem with automated tests, monitoring, and lineage tracking.
• Hands‑on experience extracting structure from unstructured sources.
• Comfort moving quickly with AI tools and modern data‑stack technologies.
