Data Engineer – Analytics & Insights

About the role

Amway North America is seeking a Data Engineer to transform raw data from multiple sources into clean, trusted, analytics‑ready assets. You will work closely with technology, analytics, data science, and business teams to ensure the right data is available, well‑structured, and reliable for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data pipelines to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and high quality.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, system failures, and synchronization challenges.
• Partner with analysts and technical teams to productionize and scale data solutions.
• Review, optimise, and maintain code for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage version‑control processes and assess the impact of data and code changes before deployment.
• Help define and uphold data governance standards and engineering best practices.
• Transform complex raw data into trusted datasets that enable business insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in database management, data operations, or data engineering.
• Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into data structures, flows, or reusable analytics‑ready datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
