Data Clerk

About the role

APC is seeking a Data Clerk to manage and prepare customer shipping data for system upload and operational use. You will work with various file formats, ensure data accuracy, and support the operations team in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer customer shipping data—including addresses and commodity details—from multiple file sources into a standardized spreadsheet template for upload.
• Identify and flag missing or incorrect shipping information to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist operational staff with system‑related issues and data discrepancies.
• Manipulate and reformat files for use across various third‑party platforms.
• Analyze customer files for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Create manual files and perform data‑entry tasks as needed to support operational processes.
• Adhere to APC data handling standards and applicable customs and export regulations.
• Perform additional data and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• High level of discretion to ensure compliance with internal data standards and export regulations.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to data integrity.

Required skills
