About the role

Bisnow is seeking a Data Centers Event Content Producer to join its New York team. The role combines event production with speaker recruitment, focusing on commercial‑real‑estate and data‑center topics. The position is hybrid, requiring 3‑4 days per week in the office and occasional monthly travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential speakers, especially C‑level executives, using phone and email outreach.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of speaking at Bisnow events and secure their participation.
• Develop event concepts from scratch, research innovative content ideas, and manage the full production cycle.
• Collaborate with sales to drive sponsorship revenue and support overall event goals.
• Maintain speaker relationships from initial outreach through day‑of execution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Research commercial‑real‑estate trends, programming ideas, and top‑tier speakers to keep events relevant.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align timelines, communication, and project status.
• Oversee multiple events at various stages, ensuring detailed organization and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience or knowledge in data‑center operations or commercial real‑estate.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline‑driven, and excellent project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
