About the role
We are seeking a Data Center Site Selection Manager to support Zenlayer’s AI expansion. The role will identify and evaluate new data center locations, ensuring they meet strategic, technical and financial criteria.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential data center sites aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Travel to prospective locations to assess feasibility, including power, scale, cost, tax and risk factors.
- Develop and manage acquisition strategies and coordinate lease negotiations with the Legal team.
- Monitor market trends and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, utilities and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically data center site selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Strong interpersonal, time‑management and project‑management skills.
