Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

Join the Digital & Analytics Team in Herndon, VA, to drive data‑centric transformation for sustainable aviation. You will act as the US focal point for analytics adoption, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver insights that improve aircraft lifespan and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional adoption leader (US focal point), championing analytics and automation tools, raising awareness, and supporting a data‑driven culture.
• Coach and advise cross‑functional teams on data‑quality improvement plans and help them develop analytics use cases.
• Engage with functional teams to map end‑to‑end processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements using data and emerging technologies.
• Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to test and validate solutions for critical business challenges.
• Conduct in‑depth data analysis, experimentation, and translate findings into automated tools, dashboards, reports, or workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics and automation within a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Ability to act as a coach and advisor, guiding teams on data‑quality initiatives and analytics adoption.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on translating insights into actionable business outcomes.
