Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

As the leader of our Data and Analytics team, you will guide a talented group of analysts and engineers in designing and scaling solutions that drive informed decision‑making across the organization. You will set technical direction for modern analytics practices, modernizing the platform through Microsoft Fabric, reducing technical debt, and establishing consistent reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Data Analysts and Engineers, hiring, mentoring and fostering a culture of analytics excellence.
• Lead the modernization of the analytics platform, migrating toward Microsoft Fabric‑based data engineering and reducing technical debt.
• Own the analytics technology stack roadmap in coordination with IT and Platform Enablement, ensuring data security, compliance and governance (HIPAA).
• Deliver end‑to‑end analytics outcomes, designing scalable data models, building dashboards and supporting cross‑functional projects.
• Identify and implement process automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Proven experience leading high‑performing analytics teams and managing distributed resources.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile environments.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and Power BI (data modeling, visualization, performance optimization).
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Lakehouse or similar modern cloud data platforms.
• Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation.
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of data governance, quality and HIPAA compliance.
