Data Analyst – Reporting & Dashboard Development

About the role

Zigabyte is looking for a mid‑level Data Analyst to support the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations in Quantico. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and IBM Cognos while ensuring security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate customer requirements into Power BI and IBM Cognos reports and dashboards.
• Manage IBM Cognos security settings and perform administration tasks.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive visualisations and data models.
• Work with Oracle databases, write SQL scripts, and support ETL processes using AWS Glue.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with IBM Cognos Analytics and administration.
• 2 years of experience using AWS Glue for ETL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and data relationships.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Must hold a DoD‑approved IAT Level II certification, be a U.S. citizen, and possess a TS clearance.
