Data Analyst – Operations (Restaurant & Catering)

About the role
CAVA is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Restaurant & Catering operations in Manhattan. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and ensure data quality to help the business make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Query, clean, and transform datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Validate data accuracy for new metrics, dashboards, and analytical assets.
- Support ad‑hoc analytics requests and long‑term strategic reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using best‑practice UX principles.
- Maintain branding consistency with enterprise visualization templates.
- Collaborate with Data Product Managers, Data Engineers, and product owners to define requirements and ensure data governance.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work with both structured and semi‑structured data.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
