Data Analyst – Onsite New Orleans, LA

About the role

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work onsite at a U.S. Federal Government site in New Orleans, LA. The role supports the client’s supervisor and program staff by handling data management, records management, SharePoint support, and reporting activities in a fast‑paced federal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and quality‑control datasets for the COAST SharePoint environment.
• Assist program staff with tracking applications, assignments, reviews, and records‑management activities.
• Coordinate with records‑management personnel and government staff to resolve records issues and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Track field‑site visits, send reminders, and follow up on required documentation.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, and status reports for assignments and deliverables.
• Take detailed meeting notes, publish summaries, and support the development of reports, presentations, graphics, and other program documents.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support Microsoft Office and Google Workspace deliverables.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a Federal background investigation/Public Trust review.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a government or consulting environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
• Strong coordination skills to work with government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders.
