Data Analyst

About the role

Vitasora Health is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex healthcare and operational data into actionable insights. The role supports remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and telehealth initiatives, helping guide strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical questions into structured analyses using large datasets.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data from multiple source systems.
• Conduct exploratory and ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Partner with operational, clinical, and finance leaders to define metrics and validate assumptions.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain recurring reporting using data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Establish clear data definitions and documentation to ensure consistent, trusted metrics.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows to improve reporting efficiency.
