Data Analyst I – North Chicago

About the role

The Data Analyst I will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This is a 5‑month fixed‑term, 100% onsite position in North Chicago, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize multiple data sources (ERP, WMS, databases, syndicated sources) to evaluate business performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve visibility into critical issues.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Acquire, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Apply appropriate analytical techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Enhance existing reporting capabilities and recommend process improvements.
• Translate data into clear business stories, prepare executive summaries, and present recommendations to management.
