Data Analyst I – Enterprise Analytics

Fremont Bank is seeking a Data Analyst I to join its Data and Analytics team in Livermore, CA. The role will support enterprise‑wide analytics, turning raw banking data into trusted reports and actionable insights that guide business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple banking systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain enterprise‑aligned dashboards and reports for loan portfolios, deposit trends, pipeline dynamics, and efficiency metrics.
• Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with data owners to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide interpretation of results and actionable recommendations to business units and executive leadership.
• Create reconciled datasets that serve as a single source of truth for the organization.
