About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join a high‑impact project. The role focuses on extracting insights from claims, membership, clinical, provider, and revenue‑cycle data to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting on healthcare datasets.
- Ensure data quality and adherence to data governance standards.
- Develop and maintain analytical solutions using SQL and Python.
- Leverage Databricks for data processing and transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with claims, membership, clinical, provider, or revenue‑cycle data.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
