Data Analyst – Data Solutions

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Data Analyst (Data Solutions) to join the Data Analytics & Engineering team within the Digital & Data NAOU organization. This position bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable, high‑quality data and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers.
• Collaborate with architects and solution owners to design and deliver governed data sets and data products.
• Perform data exploration, validation, and reconciliation using SQL and Python across complex datasets.
• Create AI data agents leveraging Microsoft Foundry and Fabric.
• Define and execute data validation, QA, and testing strategies for ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Identify and resolve data quality, integrity, and consistency issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as source‑to‑target mappings, business rules, data flows, and lineage.
• Build reports and dashboards with curated datasets using Power BI or Tableau, ensuring standardized KPI usage.
• Support data governance practices, including metadata management and access controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and delivering data‑analytics solutions.
• Hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, relational concepts, and semantic data models.
• Ability to collaborate across business, engineering, and architecture teams.
