Data Analyst – Business Intelligence (Sports)

About the role

Denver Summit FC is looking for a Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the club, focusing on ticket sales and service. The role sits in the Business Intelligence department and bridges business strategy, reporting, CRM, ticketing systems, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and recurring reports for ticket sales, service, retention, revenue pacing, inventory, and campaign performance.
• Analyze season ticket, group, premium, single‑match, and other ticketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide daily, weekly, and matchday reporting to sales and service leadership.
• Collaborate with ticket leadership on distribution lists, customer segments, and campaign audiences using CRM and marketing data.
• Support ticketing operations workflows, including event builds, ticket manifests, pricing tables, package setup, inventory tracking, and matchday reporting.
• Validate data across ticketing platforms, CRM, payment systems, and internal reporting environments.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or first‑year analyst who is curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to build a career in sports business analytics.
• Comfortable working across data analysis, systems support, and light data engineering.
• Ability to translate business questions into clear reporting, insights, and process improvements.
