Data Analyst – AI Strategy & Governance

About the role

Join Cisco's AI Strategy & Governance team as a Data Analyst. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive AI adoption, governance, and business value across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform strategic analysis of AI initiatives, identify adoption trends, and measure business value.
• Develop reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor AI adoption, risk, and governance.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to create AI measurement frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Translate complex data into recommendations that influence strategic priorities and executive reviews.
• Drive data quality, reporting standards, and analytics best practices for AI governance.
• Design scalable data models and reporting solutions to improve visibility of AI portfolio health.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, governance trends, and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in complex analytics and delivering strategic business insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience building executive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
