D365 F&O Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to lead the Supply Chain and Finance modules for a fast‑growing health & fitness organization. The role focuses on reducing reliance on external Microsoft partners and driving strategic, technical decisions across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize and optimise business processes across Supply Chain and Finance operations.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear functional specifications and scalable solution designs.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and SCM stakeholders to resolve planning bottlenecks and implement system improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and Microsoft partners, holding them accountable to company objectives.
• Act as the strategic lead for D365 F&O, safeguarding company interests and guiding internal technical decisions.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O, specifically the Supply Chain and Finance modules.
• Proven experience managing external vendors, Microsoft partners, or implementation teams.
• Ability to bridge technical capabilities with business operations.
• US citizenship or Green Card holder (strict policy).
