Cybersecurity Threat Internship (Fall 2026)

About the role

Tevora is offering a paid, immersive Cybersecurity Internship for the Fall 2026 cohort. Interns will join the Threat practice area and work on real‑world penetration testing projects, gaining hands‑on experience in both network and web application security.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal and external network penetration tests.
• Conduct web application penetration testing and assist with social‑engineering engagements.
• Study penetration‑testing methodologies and work in training labs.
• Shadow senior penetration testers and contribute to remediation validation.
• Write executive and technical summaries of test results and communicate findings to clients.
• Support mentors and team leads with additional project tasks.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and a technologist mindset.
• Eagerness to learn industry standards such as PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client‑facing consulting environment.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Required skills

• Network penetration testing
