Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

VIDIZMO is seeking a passionate Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen its secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and embed security best practices across all development stages. You will work with cutting‑edge AI‑powered data intelligence platforms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to protect Fortune 500 customers and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on systems, networks, and applications.
• Utilize industry‑standard tools such as Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, and Burp Suite for automated and manual testing.
• Analyze assessment results, produce detailed reports, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Participate in red‑team exercises to simulate real‑world attacks and evaluate defensive measures.
• Review, validate, and take ownership of AI‑generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in DevSecOps, secure coding, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑assisted work and assume full responsibility for final deliverables.
• Strong judgment and commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
