Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our information security team. The analyst will monitor our environment, respond to incidents, and help strengthen our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events, analyze incidents, and manage SIEM tools.
• Develop and execute incident response plans, coordinate containment and remediation with IT teams.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, work with system owners to remediate findings.
• Enforce and improve security policies, perform audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and deliver security awareness training for employees.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain security technologies such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security controls into system development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a cybersecurity or information‑security role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, systems and applications.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
• Firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Vulnerability assessment and remediation tools.
• Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
