Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

The Cybersecurity Analyst joins DCC Propane’s IT Infrastructure & Security team to protect customer data, operational systems, and digital platforms. Working in a highly distributed environment, the analyst balances technical execution with practical business collaboration to maintain a strong security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain full security coverage of endpoints, identity, email, web, and network using tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Mimecast, Zscaler, Cloudflare, and Checkpoint WAF.
• Respond to security alerts, investigate incidents, triage, and coordinate containment and remediation with internal teams and external vendors.
• Execute vulnerability scans, prioritize remediation, and track findings across IT and digital platforms using Tenable and Taegis.
• Support penetration‑testing coordination, document findings, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization in partnership with senior team members.

Required profile

• Experience working in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to collaborate with operations, customer service, and digital teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance security needs with business continuity.
