About the role
The Cyber Requirements Manager will lead the development and alignment of cyber requirements for Air Force missile field operations, test programs, and future system deployments. You will apply deep expertise in DOTMLPF, MDMP, and Air Force requirements processes to support mission‑critical cyber capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Research, develop, analyze, and assess cyber requirements for operational units and test organizations.
- Support the activation and continuous operation of the Sentinel system at missile sites, Vandenberg test site, and airborne platforms.
- Manage the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan specific to the Sentinel environment.
- Produce and evolve Cyberspace Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Cybersecurity Concept of Employment (COE) documentation.
- Collaborate with leaders on policy, organizational alignment, and training requirements.
Required profile
- 15+ years of experience in command and control systems security and strategic cyber support.
- Experience with Sentinel system activation and 24/7 cyberspace warfighter support.
- TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree.
