Customer Technical Program Manager, Vehicle OS

About the role

Applied Intuition is building a dedicated team to deliver a flagship software program for a major global automotive OEM. The Customer Technical Program Manager will own the customer‑facing program, manage milestones, coordinate cross‑functional delivery, and report progress directly to the customer’s program leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer‑facing program and maintain the baseline, including milestones, scope, risk register, and dependency map aligned with the Statement of Work.
• Track program commitments rigorously and surface deviations proactively.
• Drive delivery coordination across Applied’s engineering organization through Engineering TPMs, managing cross‑team dependencies and competing priorities.
• Serve as the primary interface to the customer’s program leadership and counterpart TPMs on schedule, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Build and maintain trusted working relationships at the program level.
• Operate the full program governance cadence across all recurring touchpoints with the customer and internal teams.
• Define, own, and report program‑side KPIs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in automotive or vehicle software.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer requests into concrete, executable work.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering and customer teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, builder environment on a new team.
