Customer Team Leader – Retail Account

About the role

The Customer Team Leader will set strategy and vision for a team of field sales professionals and cross‑functional experts, driving growth for Clorox’s retail customers. This high‑visibility role links internal business unit objectives with customer plans to achieve brand and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and coach team members to act as business owners and understand their impact on the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic omni‑channel plans that deliver volume, net sales, AMPS and NRM objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customer business leaders, aligning long‑term targets and joint business plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between customer teams, cross‑functional partners and business unit leadership.
• Ensure the team has the knowledge, tools and capabilities to drive growth and eliminate waste.
• Lead inclusion, diversity and belonging initiatives within the team.

• Proven strategic business leader with strong financial acumen.
• Experience managing multi‑functional groups and delivering results through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence joint business plans.
