Customer Support Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Trainer to elevate the support experience for both customers and dealers. You will design and deliver training, manage self‑service content, and drive continuous improvement across our global contact‑center network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze dashboard data and support trends to identify self‑service improvement opportunities.
• Create, curate, and maintain public‑facing support content such as FAQs, knowledge articles, and help‑center resources.
• Coordinate content review, approval, and localization with brand, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for internal support teams and third‑party contact centers.
• Utilize multiple delivery methods including instructor‑led, virtual, classroom, and hands‑on sessions.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to build and maintain accurate support documentation.
• Track operational metrics, present performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support training, knowledge management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable training and content strategies.
• Familiarity with adult‑learning principles and curriculum design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams and external partners.
