Customer Support Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a seasoned Customer Support Manager to serve as the strategic champion and primary point of contact for a portfolio of elite operators. You will lead a multi‑million‑dollar program that directly influences fleet availability, operational performance, and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned customers, overseeing all support and service activities for their in‑service fleet.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams to support offers, contract negotiations, and provide customer intelligence.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve fleet reliability and operational efficiency.
• Represent Airbus Helicopters in a high‑visibility matrix environment, making decisions that impact fleet availability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in aviation or aerospace customer support and account management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and high‑stakes problem solving.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
