Customer Success Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to act as the primary liaison between our customers and the outside sales team. Based in Phoenix, AZ, you will deliver responsive support, coordinate order fulfillment, and help drive sales initiatives for a leading public‑safety and emergency‑preparedness solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and sales representatives, handling inquiries on pricing, products, inventory, order status, freight, lead times and claims.
• Process orders, prepare quotes and support bid opportunities while ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑through.
• Track orders from placement through delivery, proactively communicating updates and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet customer needs and achieve successful outcomes.
• Source products and propose practical solutions that balance customer expectations with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and document all customer interactions.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2‑5 years of experience supporting customers, sales teams or accounts in distribution, wholesale or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated team player with a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor Prophet 21 preferred.
