Customer Success Manager, Public Sector

About the role

DeleteMe is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its public‑sector portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for government and agency customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while championing their needs internally.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end retention experience for an assigned book of public‑sector accounts.
• Develop and execute account success plans aligned with public‑sector budget and procurement cycles.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, demonstrate product value and ROI, and drive renewal and expansion.
• Mitigate churn by creating renewal strategies and partnering with Sales.
• Navigate agency procurement processes (e.g., GSA Schedule, state contracts) to keep renewals on track.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback to Product and Support.
• Contribute customer stories and references to strengthen DeleteMe’s public‑sector brand.
• Mentor junior CSMs on account‑management fundamentals as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable SaaS customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record managing renewals, reducing churn, and driving product adoption.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support.
• Familiarity with public‑sector procurement processes and contract vehicles.
