Customer Success Manager – Piston Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the onboarding, adoption, and growth of our Piston platform. You will act as a trusted advisor for our customers, helping them reduce fuel spend, eliminate fraud, and improve driver behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through implementation and setup to ensure fast time‑to‑value.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, monitor account health, and proactively address issues to reduce churn.
• Provide strategic training and support aligned with each customer’s business goals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and work with sales to grow accounts.
• Collect and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Help create scalable customer‑success playbooks as the company scales.
• Manage an international remote team of customer‑success professionals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (Customer Success, Support, or Onboarding) within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing post‑sale relationships and driving retention and expansion.
• Strong communicator able to engage operators, owners, and executives.
• Experience managing a team in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Jira.
• Familiarity with success metrics like retention, NPS, and time‑to‑value.
