Customer Success Manager – Missouri

About the role

Impruvonhealth is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Missouri to drive adoption of its medication management platform across enterprise healthcare providers. The role combines remote work with regular on‑site visits to ensure successful implementation, training, and ongoing support for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, coordinating software, hardware, and service support with the Tech Support team.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, including project planning, cross‑functional coordination, platform configuration, quality assurance, and go‑live execution.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions and conduct office‑hour support to promote product adoption and user proficiency.
• Provide technical assistance, including basic hardware troubleshooting and escalation of unresolved issues.
• Maintain and grow relationships with executive sponsors, program leads, and site staff, participating in quarterly business reviews as needed.
• Travel within Missouri up to 50 % of the time to support go‑lives and onboarding cycles.

Required profile

• Residency in Missouri with ability to travel frequently across the state.
• Proven experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
• Strong project management and communication skills to coordinate multi‑level stakeholder interactions.
