Customer Success Manager

About the role

Ellevation is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to partner with school districts and help them strengthen English Learner programs. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding implementation, removing barriers, and ensuring long‑term success for educators and multilingual students.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with district leaders and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement for assigned district partners.
• Use Partner Health Dashboards to monitor usage, satisfaction, and health metrics.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product Education, and cross‑functional teams to align solutions with district priorities.
• Advocate for partner needs, provide consultative support, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Continuously enhance the partner experience based on feedback and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with K‑12 education stakeholders or SaaS customer success.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Ability to navigate complex partner environments in a fast‑growing organization.
