Customer Success Manager, GSI

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager focused on Global System Integrators (GSI). You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping complex customers adopt and expand usage of Anthropic’s Claude AI capabilities across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key decision‑makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic’s products (API, Claude Code, Claude for Enterprise) and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the customer’s industry to drive usage planning, adoption, and realized value.
• Monitor usage patterns, address under‑utilization, and drive full value from consumption‑based and seat‑based contracts.
• Serve as the customer’s thought partner, sharing product roadmaps, new releases, and collaborating with Product Managers.
• Document insights that inform research priorities, product development, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
• Experience partnering with enterprise‑level customers, especially system integrators.
• Ability to understand and align with customers’ AI vision, strategic direction, and technical needs.
• Proven track record of driving adoption, scaling usage, and delivering measurable value.

Required skills
