Customer Success Manager – French (Hybrid)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to help North American clients adopt and expand their use of Odoo’s integrated ERP suite. The role blends software expertise with business consulting, guiding customers from implementation through renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing Odoo customers to understand their operations and drive product adoption.
• Lead the full subscription renewal cycle, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with French‑speaking clients.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Provide feedback on client needs to influence product enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1‑2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience negotiating and closing new business.
• Passion for software products and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
