Customer Success Manager, Financial Services

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead AI adoption within the Financial Services segment. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex customers across banking, insurance, asset & wealth management, and data providers, helping them unlock the full potential of Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude API.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key decision‑makers to understand business objectives and identify expansion opportunities.
• Become an expert on Anthropic’s product suite (Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, API) and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Proactively drive usage planning, monitor consumption patterns, and address under‑utilization across both consumption‑based and seat‑based products.
• Support customers through change‑management, model optimisation, and scaling of AI use cases.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, share insights, and act as the customer’s thought partner throughout their AI journey.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align with customers’ strategic direction and AI vision.
• Experience working with large, complex enterprises in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
