Customer Success Manager – Beneficial Deployments

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Manager of Customer Success for its Beneficial Deployments team. In this player‑coach position you will lead a group of Customer Success Managers while also handling a handful of high‑impact strategic accounts that advance AI for good across education, public health, life sciences and other mission‑driven sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of 4‑8 Customer Success Managers supporting strategic nonprofit accounts.
• Act as a player‑coach by owning several flagship partnerships and demonstrating best‑in‑class success practices.
• Design and execute account strategies that drive growth and deepen impact for nonprofit and mission‑driven organisations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Sales to launch new offerings and ensure partners realise promised value.
• Coach team members on change management, adoption, value realization and expansion methodologies across Anthropic’s product suite.
• Participate in strategic engagements and escalations, presenting to C‑level stakeholders.
• Help shape the systems‑integrator and implementation‑partner model to extend delivery capacity.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience managing customer‑success teams.
• Deep understanding of AI‑driven products and their application in nonprofit or mission‑driven contexts.
• Strong customer‑success acumen with a track record of driving value and expansion.
• Ability to coach, mentor and model best practices for a high‑performing team.
• Executive presence when interacting with senior stakeholders.
