Customer Success Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will help improve AI chatbots by designing tasks, measuring performance, and refining model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic conversational tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of model outputs.
• Identify logical gaps and work with the development team to enhance model performance.
• Document findings and provide actionable feedback to improve future iterations.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
