Customer Site Service Representative II

About the role

The Customer Site Service Representative II provides on‑site technical and application expertise for Surventis products at automotive assembly plants. This role ensures product performance meets customer expectations and supports new product development.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Surventis products in customer automotive assembly facilities.
• Provide on‑site technical knowledge, including color management, defect identification and corrective actions.
• Respond to customer requirements and enforce product quality and performance specifications.
• Assist in new product and application development projects.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Surventis sales and technical teams to deliver value‑added technical support.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve product‑related issues to ensure performance exceeds expectations.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in an automotive assembly environment.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Strong problem‑investigation and analysis capabilities.
• Effective communication of technical information to customers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude toward supporting product performance and customer satisfaction.
